I have installed REFramework in the game's main folder to use some mods, but I'm experiencing constant stuttering. I've pinpointed the issue to the dinput8.dll file; the stutters only happen when the framework is active at startup. If I remove it, the game runs fine. Is there any way to eliminate these hitches or a specific setting I should change to fix this performance drop?
