In a random conversation with a woman, whom met through her business, she learned about Stefanos, a child from Ethiopia and the difficulties of his adoption. This story brought her memories of an era she was trying to adopt a child. The day of the 4-years operation of her business, she received an email, in which she was informed about a child, ready to be adopted. She tried hard to spend time with the child for a week. They came close enough while Fotini traveled to Ethiopia four times. Then, due to difficulties in the country regarding the adoption process, they did not manage to meet for a long time. However, they met again after six months and then everything changed…
Fotini Pantzia was born in Lamia. She worked for 17 years in wine sales department, often travelling abroad. On her trips she ‘met’ wine bistro, and she thought that it could be introduced in nightlife of Athens. In 2012, she opened her own wine bistro in city center, the “by the glass”.
