After Extracting The Files To A Separate Folder, Click on Leatherface V 2.0 Folder And You'll Find :
CLEO
gallery
GTA3.IMG
leatherface.jpg
Read-Me = Installation.txt

For Installation :
1. You must have CLEO 4 Library Installed

CLEO 4: https://cleo.li/

2. Copy the Contents of Leatherface Folder's CLEO folder to your GTA: SA CLEO Directory.

3. Using IMG Tool 2.0 or other tools, add XMYTH2.dff and XMYTH2.txd in that order to GTA3.img.

4. After Step 3, select rebuild archive.
5. Go to The Panopticon at the specified hours to activate the mod.
