BEEF TAPA RECIPE | Homemade Filipino Beef Tapa | Easy Recipe

Beef Tapa is a popular breakfast in the Philippines called, Tapsilog (combination of tapa, fried rice and fried egg. This is a cured meat, thinly sliced beef taste so good.

Ingredients:
1/2 kg beef sirloin, thinly sliced
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp lemon juice
8 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp cooking oil
