Hey guys- I'm back with another PPPD video, this time covering the topic of relapsing. In this video I discuss my own experience with relapses over the past few months, a timeline of my recovery process with vestibular rehabilitation exercises, and also some things that I feel actually caused my relapses/tips to keep off dizziness longer term.
