A former SBIR reviewer for the NIH and NSF, she has guided clients to win prestigious grants and contracts, including a $25M ARPA-H award, and has prepared RFPs exceeding $100M for agencies like DOE, ARPA-H, and CDMRP. Dr. Chin has mentored founders from renowned institutions such as MIT, Harvard, and Columbia, served as a TechStars SBIR mentor for AFWERX, and leverages her experience as a MedTech/CPG start-up founder. Her expertise lies in helping start-ups transform their innovations into impactful solutions while maintaining full equity control.
