Elizabeth shares her insights on the importance of women in STEM that has grown over the previous decade, shattering societal stereotypes and demonstrating to the world that options abound, even working in traditionally male-dominated areas. Elizabeth Oda is an AI engineer, researcher at Braid Technologies, as well as the President and Co-Founder of Women in Science Japan (WISJ). She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Agriculture and Rural Development from Cornell University and has extensive research experience in the field of molecular biology. She also worked as the Director of Research at Spark Student Research- a division of Tokyo Academics.
