It is said in some old ancient texts that giants used to inhabit the Earth with men. And while there is no evidence of giants ever living in ancient times and no one has unearthed a real giant skeleton before, it doesn’t mean that giants don’t exist. There have been people in modern times that were so large and so tall, that it could very well be true that we used to live among giants. We found 10 Real Life Giants You Won’t Believe Actually Exist! 10. Denis Cyplenkov – Ukrainian born Denis Cuplenkov is incredibly huge and has been called a real-life Hulk because of his massive arms and hands that could only belong to a giant. Looking at the photos of his hands you would swear that someone was messing around with Photoshop, and they are cartoonishly giant.

9. Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson- Game of Thrones fans might recognize this mammoth Icelandic giant Thor Bjornsson, aka Ser Gregor Clegane, nicknamed “The Mountain” in the show’s latest seasons. At a whopping 6 feet 9 inches and over 400 pounds, Bjornsson is not a man to be messed with.

8. Brahim Takioullah - From Morocco Brahim is the second tallest person in the world at 8’1″, but even though he might not hold the record as the tallest man, he has the largest feet in the world. His left foot is 1-foot-3-inches while his right foot is 1-foot 2.7 inches long. He grew up in a Moroccan village and grew a lot during his teenage years, and in fact, grew three feet taller in just one year.

7. Yao Ming - This Chinese born basketball player is even taller than Shaquille O’Neal. Standing at 7-feet 6-inches made him one of the tallest basketball players of all time. Ming was already making a big name for himself in the Chinese Basketball Association before switching to the NBA.

6. Malee Duangdee – Standing at 6 feet 10 inches tall, Malee was the tallest woman in Thailand and the second tallest woman in all of Asia. She was once recognized by the Guinness World Records as the world’s tallest woman in the world. She started her education at 13 years old,

5. Shaquille O’Neal - New Jersey-born O’Neal happens to be one of the most famous basketball players of all time and he is widely considered one of the greatest players in NBA history. He stands a giant 7-feet-inch tall and had a listed weight of 330 pounds.

4. Elisany Silva is 18-year old Brazilian model and she stands 6-feet 8-inches tall. Elisany developed a rare form of giantism in her early teen years. Doctors found a tumor growing on the pituitary gland that causes growth hormone to be released.

3. Zeng Jinlian - Born on June 26th, 1964 Zeng Jinlian is known as the tallest woman to have ever lived, and she remains the tallest modernly verified female person recorded in medical history. There are only 17 people who have reached 8 feet tall and Jinlian is the only woman to have ever surpassed the benchmark.

2. Andre The Giant – It just wouldn’t be right to have a list of giants and not include Andre The Giant. André René Roussimoff was born On May 19, 1946. He was a professional French wrestler and was originally known as Jean Ferré who was supposed to be a mystical lumberjack who lived in the woods of France.

1. Leonid Stadnyk – A lot of giants have found fame and even their way into the record books. And why not, being famous is something that most people would welcome. But it’s not always true and so was the case of Leonid Stadnyk. Leonid was incredibly tall and stood 8 feet 4 inches tall.
