What I eat after long runs | Karlie Kloss

The marathon is TOMORROW *gulp*

CHOCOLATE CHIP ALMOND BUTTER BROWNIES:
Dry Ingredients:
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp Coconut Flour
1/4 cup Coconut Sugar
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1/2 cup Chocolate Chips

Wet Ingredients:
1 cup Almond Butter
1 Egg
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, grease baking pan and set aside. Use an 9X5 loaf pan for thicker brownies and 8X8 for thinner brownies.
2. Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips in a small bowl. Once batter is well combined add the chocolate chips.
3. Spread batter in pan and press down firmly until uniformly flattened.
4. Bake for 20 min (8X8), 25 min (8X4) or until a toothpick comes out clean.
5. Let brownies cool before cutting them.

Pumpkin Tumeric Recovery Smoothie:
1/2 cup Pumpkin
1 cup Coconut Milk
3/4 tsp tumeric
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ginger
1 tbsp Raw Honey
4-5 Ice Cubes

Combine all ingredients together in a blender and blend up high until smooth
