Dr. Sam Schroetke of Physical Therapy & Hand Clinic of Hillsboro demonstrates The Million Dollar Exercise for Low Back Pain & Sciatica - Rotation in Flexion. This is a great exercise if you have one-sided low back pain that is worsened or not responding to extension exercises.
The Dosing for Rotation in Flexion is: Hold the Position for 30 seconds up to 3 minutes, and repeat this every 2-3 hours or as needed for pain.
