Close Grip Bench- 4 sets of 6-12 reps
Dumbbell Extension- 4 sets of 10-15 reps (each arm)
Reverse Grip Pressdown- 4 sets of 10 reps (each arm)
(Bis)
High Cable Concentration Curl- 4 sets of 10 reps (each arm)
Preacher Curl- 4 sets of 10-15 reps
Reverse Cable Curl- 4 sets of 10-15 reps
Rope Hammer Curl- 4 sets of 10-15 reps
(Forearms)
Barbell Wrist Curl- 4 sets of 10-15 reps
