Reuben Balls

I love a good Reuben. So today we are combining all the flavors of a Reuben and making these delicious fried Reuben Balls.

Ingredients
2 cups cooked vegan corned beef, we used juicy marbles loin (shredded and chopped)
1 cup chopped or shredded vegan Swiss cheese (I used Daiya Swiss sliced cheese, chopped)
1 cup sauerkraut, drained
4oz vegan cream cheese
1 tbsp garlic pepper
1/3 cup vegan thousand island
1 cup non dairy milk
1 cup flour
1-2 cups panko bread crumbs
For serving, thousand island and chopped chives

Directions
In a large bowl combine corned beef, Swiss cheese, Sauerkraut, 1/3 cup thousand island, cream cheese and garlic pepper
Mix well
Grab a large spoonful and form into a ball
Repeat with remaining mix
Place your milk, flour and bread crumbs in 3 separate bowls
Grab a ball and dip in flour to coat
Then dip into milk and roll into panko bread crumbs
Place onto baking sheet
Repeat with remaining balls
Freeze for 30 minutes to 1 hour
Heat oil in a large pot
Place balls into hot oil and fry on each side until golden
Remove and drain on paper towel
Garnish with green onions and serve with thousand island
Serve and enjoy!
