Candice is Executive Pastor of Freedom Destiny Church in Orange Park, Florida, and Founder and Vice President of Dream Mentors Transformational Life Coaching Institute, a biblical life counseling and coaching educational organization that teaches and trains educators and coaches in the specialty of life coaching.

She received her Doctorate of Divinity from Truth Bible College in Jacksonville, Florida, and has her Masters of Arts in Human Relations/Christian Counseling at Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA. She also holds a Masters in Theology from the International College of Excellence in Tinley Park, Illinois, and a Bachelor of Business Administration, from James Madison University. She has served as an Adjunct Faculty Professor for Liberty University and other universities.

She has hosted her own show the Glory Road on the Word Network and appeared on international and local television and radio programs including: Paula White Today show, TBN local affiliates in Texas, and hosting the Praise the Lord program in Jacksonville, Florida with her husband, Adam. She has also been on the Homekeepers Show, and the Total Living Network's Significant Living program. She is a frequent contributor to the internationally recognized Elijah List, where the international prophets speak to the world. She was the 2009 Shenandoah Apple Blossom Festival Prayer Breakfast Speaker, holding this title with Hollywood actors such as Robert Wagner and Kirk Cameron, and Chick-fil-A Founder Truitt Cathy among others. She is a revival evangelist and has ministered at many churches and events. She also hosts her own conferences such as the Sole Impressions Conference which was in Palm Coast, Daytona Beach and Orlando, Florida and hosted such speakers as Pastor Riva Tims and Carol Kent.

Candice is an “on fire for God” preacher and prophet that will ignite a fire and bring impartation and deliverance to those who need healing and transformation. She is the Chancellor of Freedom Destiny University which partners with local Christian colleges to bring classes to students who want to continue their ministry degrees.

She is currently the host of the Glory Road TV show which can be seen internationally through internet TV outlets such as Youtube and Facebook. The Glory Road has also aired internationally on the Word Network. Her radio show, The Get Real Connection and Coffee Break with Candice aired in various states across the country. She is co-author of the newly released, “Soul Transformation: Your Personal Journey” (September 2016, Westbow Press). She is an author contributor of “Ready, Aim, Excel: The Expert Insights Guide to Personal and Professional Leadership” (Nov 2010) with such additional authors as Ken Blanchard and Dr. Marshall Goldsmith. Excerpts from her writing also appear in Wounded, Thrive and Survive (2012, Expert Insights Publishing) and she is featured in the Insights Magazine Collector’s Edition Celebrating Women Leaders (2013). She also authored, “His Sufficiency for my Authenticity: 8 Keys to Authentic Relationship with God and Others” (May 2006). She has written biblical life coaching curriculum for secular and Christian organizations. Candice is a Board Certified Christian Counselor with the American Association of Christian Counselors, and is an ordained minister with One Focus in Hampton Roads, VA. She is also a life coach with Patricia King’s Women in Ministry Network, and a media contributor to the Ambassador Alliance Network of coaches, and is mother to three beautiful and gifted children, Alexandria, Nicholas and Samantha, two sons-in-law, Garrison Knight and Hunter Lisenba, and one daughter-in-law, Avery Smithyman.
