Phase SiX Push/Pull Workout

As more countries are placed on a second lockdown there is a lot of interest of how to maintain and increase strength and mobility with minimum equipment.

You definitely do NOT need to be doing 1000 reps of air squats, push ups or planking for an hour...

Try this Push/Pull circuit during your next workout, making sure your maintaining a high intensity through each movement, keeping the rep range low and recovering well so you can go harder during each set!

Only 2 kettlebells are required so it can be done anywhere at anytime!

▪️3 Sets
⚡️A1.) Leaned Forward Push Up x 8 - 10 Reps
⚡️2 Minutes rest

⚡️A2.) Alternating KB Gorilla Rows x 6 Reps each side

⚡️A3.) Childs Pose w/ Reach x 60 Seconds work
⚡️60 Seconds rest
