Birth Certificates, Medications, Rainbow Closet and Every Nook and Cranny Cleaning

Welcome to my Channel! Happy New Year: Happy New Life: Happy New You! We are on Day 2 of our Transformational Journey to increase health, harmony and happiness in our lives. For the organizational components of our plan, today we focus on Birth Certificates for document organization and Medications for Thematic Organization. Check out this video for some helpful tips on organizing and safely storing these items.
Next, we are continuing to create our Rainbow Closet (organizing our clothing by colors) and today we are gathering all of our orange garments and accessories. As we align our clothing by colors, we will begin systematically wearing each garment to determine whether it enhances how we look and feel. If not, it goes. Don't forget to include your jewelry, hats, scarves, coats, gloves, shoes and ohh laa laas (intimate apparel).
For our Every Nook and Cranny Cleaning we are beginning in our first room. I chose my cottage living room (needed to take down my holiday tree). Follow the Every Nook and Cranny cleaning process and the Compass Rose Strategy of cleaning one wall a day. Today it is the North Wall in the room you choose.
For our Health and Beauty Routines: Today is our Outdoor/Fresh Air Family and Pet Fun Day. Remember to hydrate and take along water for kids and pets. Find some time to Nurture in Nature as well as create some Stillness time either through meditation, rest, prayer or Tub Time. Vitamins are helpful and remember to make healthy food choices.
Speaking of food: What's cooking at the Cottage? Today's menu featured Apple Soup with Spiced Croutons with Sweet Roasted Red Pepper. For the main course, I found a lovely filet of grouper and prepared it with sautéed mushrooms, garlic and ginger in a sweet sherry sauce.
