Olympic Peninsula Road Trip | Stealth Van Camping in Port Townsend, WA

I'm still on the Olympic Peninsula road trip on Highway 101 and finding some really great places to stay in the Pacific Northwest like stealth van camping in Port Townsend, Washington and visiting lavender farms in Sequim, Washington.

I loved my time in Port Townsend so much that I stayed for about a week, stealth camped around town, and then hung out at Fort Worden State Park during the day and relaxed by the beaches, walked along the trails, and worked in a really stunning environment.

I still love my new Hymer Aktiv and have no regrets. She's afforded me the ability to move around more and explore areas I didn't in the past.

Hiking along the Dungeness Spit was pretty spectacular too and you can see Vancouver Island just across the Strait of Juan de Fuca!

After 1 year of traveling I sold my 26 foot Winnebago Class C RV for a more nimble Class B Hymer Aktiv van. I couldn't have been more excited to continue my second year in a van that allows me travel to more places and experience more in life.
