Inside the basement of The Cheese Museum in Amsterdam which explains the history of this place in detail. This is a very unique place with a wide variety of cheeses including Gouda, Goats Cheese etc flavoured with Cumin , Jalapeno etc. They even have small cubes with toothpicks for tasting before you buy. Would definitely recommend a visit here.
