This is video footage of President William Jefferson Clinton speaking at the State Funeral Service for Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin at the Har Herzl Cemetary in Jerusalem, Israel. Rabin was assassinated on November 4th, 1995 at then-named Kings of Israel Square in front of Tel Aviv's City Hall. This footage is official public record produced by the White House Television (WHTV) crew, provided by the Clinton Presidential Library.
