For self publishers who might need 300 dpt pictures, this video shows a quick and easy way to change a picture to 300 dpi for free in Windows Paint. It can also be done with Photoshop and Gimp but if you do not have the time or desire to learn a new format and you know the basics of Paint this makes it possible. This does not improve the overall quality of an image, it just makes the dpi conform to Create Space requirements, if you are using Create Space to self publish your book.
