[TAS] Celeste "All C-Sides" in 3:18.220

TAS by DevilSquirrel, dahlukeh, EuniverseCat, fishmcmuffins, Higashi Dong, and Kilaye. Shoutouts to everyone else who has been involved in TASing Celeste.

17.5 second improvement over the previous TAS from early 2019. It's been a crazy week for the C-sides - dahlukeh found an 11 second improvement to 8C (yes, a different 10+ second improvement to Core compared to the last TAS...), and after re-evaluating movement in other C-sides, we found several seconds worth of improvements. Considering how some of the C-sides have become frame wars, huge improvement!

Below is a comparison to the previous TAS -

1C - 17.731 → 16.660 (-1.071s - get a much larger boost in first room, and a few optimizations)

2C - 19.958 → 19.890 (-0.068s - cornerboost in final room)

3C - 17.187 → 17.000 (-0.187s - changed strats in final room, lots of time lost to worse Oshiro cycle)

4C - 25.670 → 25.636 (-0.034s - general optimization)

5C - 20.281 → 19.567 (-0.714s - new cornerboost strats in first room, and an added demo to final room)

6C - 25.228 → 22.950 (-2.278s - huge improvement to Kevinblock boost, letting us skip the entire final room. also a few small things here and there)

7C - 39.032 → 36.737 (-2.295s - new tech to demohyper off the top of certain spike-covered blocks allows for some route changes, including a method to skip the Badeline orb that saves over a second. Delayed ultras also save a ton of time for the heart grab.)

8C - 37.417 → 26.520 (-10.897s - insane improvements to final screen, just watch lol. also improved movement in first few screens.)

3:35.764 → 3:18.220 (-17.544s)
