Bryce "Nuts and Bolts" - TA optimised radial lights - a 40 minute tutorial by David Brinnen

*WARNING*, seriously - the chances of you wanting to watch this video are slim - allow me to explain...

This is not a beginners introduction to TA optimised lighting, intermediate users are going to struggle, even advanced users are going to have their work cut out for them here. This video supposes you have a good understanding of Bryce 7.1 Pro (probably it would help if you have watched my other videos on the topic of IBL and TA), it also supposes that you understand the difference between direct and indirect light. This I understand is a lot to ask for. Hence the warning. There is a lot of theory here, based on speculation, based on observation, based on guesswork.

If you want to get to the root of how TA optimised radial lights actually work, and are prepared to invest time in experimentation, and are not easily thwarted by unexpected set-backs, crashes and baffling results. Then, for you, possibly this is the video.

As with all my video's I welcome feedback, but please take into account who this video is intended for before you observe that it seems a bit direction-less and scatterbrained.

Some additional text is included in the video, you may have to pause the video to read it.

Better viewed in HD - some of the controls in Bryce are quite fiddly and small.
