Neil Diamond: "Teach Me Tonight" (Rare Lost Studio Recording)
Back with another lost track we found from the never-released "American Popular Song" album of the late 70's. Neil would perform this song live in concerts through the late 70's and 80's and it would be performed on his "Greatest Hits Live" HBO special in 1988.
You'll notice the photo I used for this video was the cover of the "Heartlight" album. Well this photo was originally supposed to be the cover of the "American Popular Song" album. The photo was re-purposed for the "Heartlight" cover in 1982 which explains why his hair was so much shorter on the cover than it was in tour photos when the album came out. Enjoy another rare one from the Diamond mine.
