Is a 2022 Dodge Challenger Scat Pack the BEST muscle car with a 6-speed manual?

The Muscle Car days are coming to an end once again. Dodge is still bringing the Hemi MOPAR power though. On the outside of this Challenger Scat Pack is the color know as Frostbite, 20in wheels, 6-piston Brembo brakes, and functional hood scoop. On the inside you will find an 8.4in infotainment system, and cloth interior. Under the hood is a 6.4L V8 pumping out 485HP & mated to a Tremec 6-speed manual. Is a 2022 Dodge Challenger Scat Pack the BEST muscle car with a 6-speed manual instead of a Chevrolet Camaro SS or Ford Mustang GT?
