Custom Wood Shift Knob (with basic tools) - Subaru Outback

I wanted to spruce up my 2009 Subaru Outback with a 5-speed manual transmission which I drive daily, so I decided to make my own custom wooden shift knob to add some flare.

I chose to use Wenge wood and Brazilian Cherry and tried to use only basic tools to show that anyone could create a custom piece like this.
