Programming a Robot Arm to Fasten and Unfasten Bolts | Senior Project Update
This is a quick demo of the progress I have been making in my undergraduate senior project in mechanical engineering. Using ROS, rosserial, and Python, I put together a demonstration to illustrate our custom robot manipulator's ability to fasten and unfasten bolts, and move the bolts to a new location. Unfortunately, the semester has come to an end, and I will be graduating in a couple weeks, so I doubt I will make further progress with this robot and on this project, but regardless I am glad to have learned so many new skills from this project!!
