Please note 1 kg recipe for home cooking
Cauliflower.....1kg

potato...........half kg

cooking oil or ghee.....200ml or 2 tea cup

onion..............2 medium size

tomato paste...........3-4 medium size

ginger paste......... 1 tblspn

garlic paste......... .1 tbl spn

cinnamom stick 1 stick add to break

red chilli powder....1 tbl spn

tumeric.haldi........ 1 tea spn

salt to taste............?

crushed coriander..... 1 tea spn

crushed cumin seed..1 tea spn

Garram masala powder....1 tea spn
green chilli and green coriander leaves add for garnish if your recipe will ready. and enjoy with your beloved family and pray for us.
