This is the seasoning: Walkerswood Mild Jerk Seasoning
I am using 4 pounds of chicken 2 pounds of dark meat and 2 pounds of white meat
1 onion blended
2 tsp red pepper paste
1/2 cup cilantro, parsley 5 garlic cloves ( Blend it)
3 tbsp avocado oil
4 tbsp Walkerswood Mild Jerk Seasoning
1 tsp butter
FOR BEST RESULTS ALLOW MEAT TO MARINATE OVERNIGHT!
Salt to taste.
