Joji - Chloe Burbank Vol. 1 (Fanmade 27 track album)

Chloe Burbank is an unfinished album by George Miller,
in 2015 Joji posted two tracks Thom and You Suck Charlie on his SoundCloud with both owning the same cover art that read "Chloe Burbank Volume One"
with this several theories appeared on the internet, the most obvious being that the two songs were previews for a future Joji album, however after those two singles we never had any track with the same cover art again, and then people began to wonder about what really happened to Chloe Burbank, why it never existed? and the most intriguing of questions...
Who is Chloe Burbank?
the problem is that these issues have never been solved, no one knows the reason for the cancellation of the album and no one knows who Chloe Burbank was, some claim to be an important person for Joji, or a combination of names for an important person to it, while others think which is nothing more than a name invented to perhaps... symbolize something
some people even say that Chloe Burbank is nothing less than a collection made by fans, which only received that name due to the cover of Thom and You Suck Charlie, but I don't have confirmation so all you can do is just decide on which story to believe...
but... if we never had an album, then what are these songs featured in this video?
