Traditional Bow Hunting 2019 Highlights

From elk to deer to hogs and even giant turtles, this hunting video takes a look back over an epic bow hunting season at some traditional bow hunting 2019 highlights!

We'll start off with the most watched bowhunting video of 2019, bowhunting hogs with the boys in the swamps of southern Georgia! This was Fen's first real hunt and it was a great time!

From there we float down the Escambia river in Northwest Florida catching catfish and alligator snapping turtles. Although not an archery hunt, we did find some feral hog sign to check out on a later trip.

Next up we're hunting public land on a Kayak hog hunt that I nearly lost all together. After four days of hunting and capturing some great footage of stalking hogs I formatted the wrong SD card and lost all the footage! Luckily I was able to catch up with a small hog on the last day of the hunt and scrap together enough footage for a pretty good bow hunting video.

Now it's all the way back out to the Idaho backcountry bowhunting elk with the family. This was a great time and, although I didn't make the best shot on my elk, it turned out well in the end. Fen decided to help with the final tracking and recovery and having him there for that is something I'll never forget.

The final hunt shown is out annual late season whitetail "TradCamp". This is a hunt I look forward to all year long. Good people, good hunting, beautiful country! What more could you ask for? In that film I get close to two of the biggest whitetail bucks I've ever seen in the woods. But with a recurve, nothing is certain.
