Negotiate & Purchase USED 20" BandSaw for ReSaw PART 1

I went to look at a used bandsaw, negotiated a price & bought it. I took a chance purchasing this because it didn't plug in but it was in good shape, had the upgraded carter bearing guides ($250 new) & most importantly was priced to sell.
After getting this band saw home I first did a detailed inspection, checked, cleaned & oiled the beefy trunnions & because I had other projects that took priority I built a rolling base for it & tucked it away until I was ready to work on it. It sat in a corner untouched for 18 months until NOW!
In the next video I plug it in for the first time to see if it works & how to proceed with a possible restoration refurbish clean up. I got this bandsaw to resaw logs into lumber for furniture making & other wood working projects. This bandsaw is a rockwell & I happen to have a 14" delta I use for other tasks which happens to be the company that bought out Rockwell back in the late 70's. In the future if all goes well id like to add a bandsaw fence to the saw for re saw.
