The District PHX recaptured the charm of this model home built in 1925 in the Coronado Historic District of Phoenix. One of our most special projects, this home retains its charm with modern amenities including new electrical, new plumbing and a tank less water heater.

The District PHX remodeling team removed over 90 years of paint to bring the flooring, casings and niches that were custom built back to new again. We restored all the original windows, door knobs and hinges to ensure that this premiere home could still serve as a model to the Coronado Historic District.
