Good News - Xavier is OK!

Seems to be a little deeper of a story according to Xavier that he too was scammed and all of his accounts cleaned out just after I sent him the money. I don't know if I am buying it, but at least he is stating he will repay my money, out of fear of enforcement or out of the goodness of his heart. That is for you to decide.
