R1200GS Epic Adventure in South America | Chile

Go South. More than 11,000 km in South America on three BMW R1200GS motorcycles. The route: Chile, Peru, Bolivia and Argentina. Duration: five weeks.

The story starts in Valparaiso, Chile, the place we shipped our R1200GS motorcycles from Europe. We’re traveling through the barren but fabulous Atacama desert, on some impressive coast roads that take us to a fantastic scenery. Then we’ll stop in San Pedro de Atacama, a good base to explore a 5,000 meters altitude volcanic plateau where we find the delicate flamingo birds.

This is the first episode of our Go South - The Quechua Ride adventure.
