Nightlife in Varna Bulgaria

The seafront alley offers 10 big clubs and in recent years you can also find some quality, not just quantity. There are both reasonably good local bands playing live music, DJs spinning tunes with the occasional international guest and the ubiquitous local "chalga" which is terrible but foreigners find it exotic and entertaining, perhaps because of the scantily clad girls who frequent these places. The Golden Sands resort is half hour's drive away and it's there where you'll find the bigger international DJs.

The sea garden itself is quite nice and locals sometimes just buy drinks from the liquor store and hang out there. The younger section of local crowd is easygoing, welcoming to foreigners and speaks foreign languages so you shouldn't find it hard to find company to go out with.
