“Abnormal” foot arches are normal (20% of us have them)
Your high arches or flat feet might not be the cause of hammer toe, corns or bunions. Modern footwear could be to blame as it squishes everything together.
There is no “perfect shoe” for everyone, but if you’re having foot problems, you might consider moving toward a more foot-shaped shoe and including some toe spacers into your routine.
