3200 RPM governor spring removal/install on 89-93 Dodge Cummins VE pump. (366 spring)

3200 Spring Install in a 89-93 Cummins. And removal of old one......I'm not liable for you losing parts

FYI---- I ended up hooking the governor spring to the pump top FIRST....then got HELPER TO hold the tophat in while i hooked the gov. spring up to the tophat.
