AirFryer Crispy CHICKEN WINGS & HEALTHY BLUE CHEESE DIP keto carnivore EASY RECIPE

A fan favorite “Go-To” snack or meal that is so easy and delicious in the AirFryer.
I’ve paired them with a really simple healthy blue cheese dressing that I demonstrate how to make in this video since I no longer ever buy store bought dressings that all include unhealthy vegetable (seed) oils like canola or soybean oil.
The wings can be put into the air fryer directly from the freezer and just as good and only require you to adjust the time a bit longer.
Perfect carnivore/keto snack or meal.
