This Land is Our (Title) Land
Arthur Manuel has worked with the United Nations Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues since its inception in 2002. With his book 'Unsettling Canada,' Manuel turns his attention to Aboriginal land and the land claims process in Canada. In the wake of a new federal report on the failings of the land claims process, Manuel offers up his criticisms of the Eyford report's findings.
