I like positivity, so let's get the negative out of the way early because we have a lot of good to talk about.

If Workhorse doesn't get the contract, I mean 0%, then let us be honest, it's dropping like a brick and falling back to less than $8.

I think you would see a massive sell-off. I'm not just making this up; there are actual humans that are not all in on Workhorse.

Thomas Niel from Investors Place said the battery alone might cost as much as the actual product, as he explained the USPS contract might not be as lucrative for Workhorse as first thought.

On the flip, if you see them get all of the contract, I mean 100%, you will see this thing skyrocket to the mother flipping moon. I'm talking $75 or more. When us Robinhood investors get involved, you never know how far we can run a share price up!

The big question is, what if they get just a percentage of the contract? Well, it will depend on that percentage first off, but just the fact they get any, you will see this thing jump up to at least $35-40.

Oppenheimer recently came out with a new price target of $23 and gave it an outperform rating calling it one of, if not the best EV option out there.

Now an Outperform rating means that the company will produce a better rate of return than similar companies. Now their opinion is just one reason the stock price is trending up this week.

Oppenheimer isn't the only one getting more bullish on this stock. BlackRock bought 8500 more shares the other day.

8500 shares aren't very much for them. But that brings their total up to 4.2 million shares, point being they're still buying more shares of Workhorse after owning over 4 million shares!.

Hitachi is a conglomerate in Japan and a huge new partner for Workhorse to get them off the ground and running, production-wise.

"This alliance with Hitachi comes at an ideal time for Workhorse as we value their best in class innovation and experience in ramping up production and enabling us in providing a complete solution to our customers.," Workhorse Chief Executive Duane Hughes said in a statement.

"In addition, we believe Hitachi can help the company drive customer orders as a well-known and respected player in the commercial leasing and finance industry."

Meanwhile, Hitachi says it will help Workhorse accelerate the rollout of its EV solutions to "meet growing customer demand in North America," said Hicham Abdessamad, chief executive of Hitachi's global social innovation business.

Hitachi Capital will help Workhorse develop a national dealer network and will provide financing options for its customers and franchised dealers, Workhorse said.

Hmmm, now why would a giant conglomerate like Hitachi be messing with a company like Workhorse if they didn't see big things coming. Such as big contracts!

Hitachi can help them reach their uptick in production requirements, which by the rumor mill, will be jumping up substantially if they get that contract.

Workhorse is hiring 200+, meaning more than 200 is the minimum for just assemblers. Plus a 3rd shift crew. They are ramping up production and logistics enough to run 24 hours a day, in 2 different locations.

The behemoth that is Amazon said, "it is still interested in more opportunities in the EV delivery market."

If you follow EV news, you're probably aware that Rivian got a deal worth 100,000 vehicles.

Mercedes just inked a deal that will deliver 1800 electric vehicles to use in Europe.

This could be big news for Workhorse and more reason why they're ramping up production potential at such a high rate.

If Workhorse is genuinely the best EV in this space, and they have the lead on drone delivery technology, we could see another big contract for Workhorse with Amazon.

Wal-Mart will be offering same-day delivery soon, along with free grocery delivery to rival Amazon and Target.

If Workhorse can work out the refrigerated delivery truck, they may be a big contender for a Wal Mart contract.

And on Sept. 9th, Workhorse leadership will participate on a panel on the EV industry at the 9th annual Gateway Conference. The rumor is they could be making some announcements during this Q&A and offering some insight into the company that may not be public yet. If it's bad news, then I don't see them sharing that, but if it's more good news, then word will spread quickly, and we will see that share price go up again next week.

With Workhorse being the only true all EV out there and having the lead on drone technology, I think the USPS contract maybe just part of the revenue equation coming up soon.

Even if they don't get the USPS contract, Workhorse is tee'd up for a significant deal from a major company like Wal-Mart or Amazon.
