Selling Sunset: Why Chrishell And Jason Kept Their Relationship Secret

Things are heating up in the real estate market and we’re not just talking about the housing prices. Selling Sunset’s Chrishell Stause and her boss, Jason Oppenheim shocked fans when they confirmed they are in a romantic relationship in July, 2021 with this Instagram post of the two and some of their co-stars on a trip to Italy. It came as a surprise as they never seemed to be anything more than just friends during the first three seasons of the show. The two first met back in 2019 when Chrishell joined The Oppenheim Group. At the time, she had been married to then-husband Justin Hartley while Jason was happily single. Because he seemed so set to live a bachelor lifestyle, Chrishell said she never thought to date him. The two are now definitely in love and have the support of their co-stars Mary, Romain, Amanza, Heather and Jason’s brother Brett but Christine and Chrishell are still on bad terms. The couple also faced many backlash from critics as well who called their dynamic inappropriate as they are in a working relationship but Jason defends himself with Page Six, saying that people don’t really understand the broker-agent dynamic as she is more of an independent contractor than an employee. You probably won’t see much of the romance in Season 4 but perhaps in season 5!
