The Fish Perk is one of the greatest tools for deception in Dead by Daylight. But no one seems to know what it is or what it does. I'm tired of it. No more. Today we're going to learn what the perk does and how to use it. We're distracting killers all game and bringing glory to DBD's one true fish perk.

After repairing a Generator for at least 3 seconds, it will be highlighted to you with a yellow. The Generator stays highlighted until it is fully repairing, or you repair a new Generator, or enter a Locker. Entering any Locker will trigger a Loud Noise indicator for the Killer at the highlighted Generator's location.

Red Herring can only be triggered once every 60/50/40 seconds.
