Explore the rich history of the park and its founder Richard Pope Sr, who has had influences all over the Florida tourism scene including the 1964/65 worlds fair with Walt Disney.

Walt Disney World had a huge impact on the park over its lifetime and it could be said that it runs the other way around also.
