Dark skinned people in Libya say they suffer at hands of fighters

Dark skinned people in Libya are stuck in camps and are suffering deteriorating conditions as National Transitional Council forces target them for arrest and do not give them access to vital needs, they say.

James Bays reports from one of these camps, where black people say they are essentially stuck without decent food or water.
