Hello everyone and a good start in this year!
It's now over a year that this project in Portugal has been started and what a year it was! We're so thankful for everything that happened within this year and for our new wonderful (and so different!) team members, Prince and Grazia Noir.

How did we come across this farm?
Two years ago, we travelled to Portugal with Arien Aguilar as part of the "Step One" training project to pick up a half-wild Sorraia horse which was a bit in trouble. This horse was with the current neighbour of this farm, who told us that this farm was for sale.
We saw the farm and were immediately impressed. Arien Aguilar then bought the farm and we decided to do this project together.

We deliberately decided against buying the farm ourselves because the financial pressure at our age was too great and we wanted to have the freedom to be away from the farm for other projects.But now it's a great collaboration where we can all support each other and create great offers for you here on the farm.

We are now looking forward to a great year 2024 and are excited about everything we will create here! This project here is living proof that you don't necessarily start with a lot of resources, but that by continuously working for and on your dreams, you always go one step further and new doors open.

Hallo ihr Lieben!

Es ist nun über ein Jahr her, dass wir dieses Projekt in Portugal gestartet haben - und was für ein Jahr es war! Wir sind so dankbar für alles, was in diesem Jahr passiert ist, und für unsere neuen wunderbaren (und so unterschiedlichen!!!) Teammitglieder, Prince und Grazia Noir.

Ein kleiner Rückblick: Wie sind wir auf diesen Hof gestoßen?
Vor zwei Jahren sind wir mit Arien Aguilar im Rahmen des "Step One"-Ausbildungsprojekts nach Portugal gefahren, um ein halbwildes Sorraia-Pferd abzuholen, das ein neues Zuhause gesucht hat und bei seinem Besitzer nicht bleiben konnte. Dieses Pferd befand sich bei dem jetzigen Nachbarn des Hofes, der uns vor Ort irgenwann zufällig gesagt hat, dass der Nachbarhof zum Verkauf steht.
Wir haben den Hof gesehen und waren sofort begeistert von den Möglichkeiten.
Arien Aguilar hat sich später entschieden, den Hof zu kaufen und wir haben beschlossen, dieses Hofprojekt gemeinsam zu machen.

Wir haben uns bewusst dagegen entschieden, den Hof selbst zu kaufen, weil uns der finanzielle Druck in unserem Alter zu groß war und wir die Freiheit haben wollten, für andere Projekte von dem Hof weg zu sein.
Doch so ist es jetzt eine tolle Zusammenarbeit, bei der wir uns alle gegenseitig unterstützen und hier auf dem Hof tolle Angebote für euch erschaffen können.

Wir freuen uns jetzt auf ein tolles Jahr 2024 und sind gespannt auf alles, was hier so los sein wird! Dieses Projekt zeigt lebendig, dass man nicht unbedingt mit dem Zielbild anfangen muss. Wenn man kontinuierlich für und an seinen Träumen arbeitet, kommt man immer einen Schritt weiter und neue Türen öffnen sich.
