Today we go through my process on obtaining my DOT medical card. First I have to go to my sleep clinic to get my compliance paperwork so I can show it to my doctor. Guys if you have all the symptoms of sleep apnea get it checked out. For me it was a game changer once I got my C-pap machine I was no longer sleepy and I had way more energy.
