Rhagoletis completa (Fruit Fly)

An awesome find! First time I've seen such a fly! Some insects have a very positive vibe to them and this one made me smile instantly. Stricking in its intricate beauty...this video really doesn't do it justice. It was high up in the bush so I couldn't get the shot I wanted. I hope to see it again! It actually looks like there is a beetle on its back. That would be so cool if this fly was best friends with a beetle and was flying him/her about the garden. Could this be a grass fly? Any help greatly appreciated:D
