Ural IMZ-8-123. 1994. 650cc motorcycle.

1994 Ural IMZ-8 details and start up. Must have been sitting unused for years. Engine was tight when I first got it. Corrosion inside the cylinders. One was salvageable, the other I replaced. Also replaced one of the Pekar K68 carbs and junked the electronic ignition for a decent set of points. Probably get round to replacing the sidecar gearing for solo soon. Parts available at a good price from Russia on eBay.
