Morpeth’s 2022 Food and Drink Festival ends on a high
A MASTERCLASS in cake icing and a lesson on how to make a gin marmalade cocktail were on the menu at the Morpeth Food and Drink Festival.
The two-day event, back after a lapse of two years, drew thousands of people to the town over the weekend.
The demo kitchen was a crowd pleaser and there was no shortage of volunteers to try out the gin and marmalade cocktails served up by Fat Lass Preserves.
It was enough to leave Paddington both shaken and stirred!
