Ham Radio Tower Construction Prep Work

I found this video that I made in 1994. This is Part 1 in a 3 part series. This video covers the prep work that I did, such as digging the tower base hole, and guy support hole. The installation of the coax pipe and ground rod.

For anyone's benefit, this tower has stood since 1994 and to this day, the concrete has not developed any cracks. About 9 years ago, I reduced the height of the tower by half to get rid of the guys, since I had new siding and soffits install on the house.
