How to paint steel wheels on a budget

If your steel wheels are rusted or in poor cosmetic condition here's how to repaint them in a somewhat durable way with cheap spray paint.
00:04 Step 1: Use a wirebrush and sandpaper to remove rust and prepare the surface
01:36 Step 2: Remove the dust and clean the wheel with some solvent and a lint free rag
01:56 Step 3: Paint the back of the wheel black. Apply primer if you must, this is a cheap tutorial for cheap people.
02:50 Step 4: Spray etching primer to the wheel's face. Ok being cheap but here it's actually needed!
03:15 Step 5: apply 3 to 4 coats of your color of choice.
